Job Summary

Provide sales, service, and loan support to Commercial Relationship Managers and Commercial Credit teams for client portfolios across Commercial Community Bank segments. Assist with pipeline support, client outreach, onboarding of deposits and Treasury services, CRM accuracy, and reporting. Deliver superior client service, help process loan and servicing activities, and support compliance requirements (e.g., Reg B, BSA/AML) through timely information gathering and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist Relationship Managers with sales support, including pipeline accuracy, call preparation, client/prospect follow-up, deposit account onboarding, Treasury onboarding, and maintaining accurate CRM data.
•Support sales process and portfolio growth by acting on referral opportunities using internal resources and data, and coordinating follow-up with partner areas.
•Provide superior client service by taking ownership of client needs and requests and following through to timely, accurate resolutions.
•Assist with servicing of commercial loans, deposits, and Treasury-related fee services, including forms/documentation, account opening, reports, payments, wire processing, and fraud resolution support.
•Support loan and portfolio management by delivering timely information to internal loan teams, assisting with compliance requirements (e.g., Reg B, BSA/AML), and helping with problem loan/collections through review and outreach.

Salary: USD 57,880 - 106,730 annually

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or equivalent) with related training.
•Five years of related experience, preferably in financial services.
