Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform periodic financial data analysis and planning.
  • •Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting routines, including application for payment to the client.
  • •Control expenses, manage intercompany agreements, and assist with purchase orders for contractors, subcontractors, and sub-consultants.
  • •Coordinate with commission management and contracts/resources teams to share information and improve communication on rates, expenses, and intercompany details.
  • •Develop and continuously improve processes, procedures, and finance data management quality assurance using tools like SharePoint and Power BI, including ad-hoc reporting as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •4-5 years of experience in a related area.
  • •BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, QS, or a related field.
  • •Proven experience as a management accountant, business analyst, financial analyst, cost manager, quantity surveyor, financial operations, or similar role.
  • •Experience with financial software (e.g., Dynamics365) and advanced MS Office (Power BI advantageous).
  • •Strong analytical/problem-solving, communication with stakeholders, and attention to detail while meeting deadlines.
