Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to map business processes, pain points, and new project requests.
  • •Redesign SharePoint site templates and layouts using modern SPO capabilities in mobile-first formats.
  • •Evaluate and deploy Power Apps for consistent, accurate data intake, including redesigned request/approval/notification flows.
  • •Build reusable component libraries (page templates, forms, flow patterns) and consolidate cross-directorate data into personalized Power BI views.
  • •Stand up governance resources and advise on Dataverse; document risk/data modeling/compliance posture and train power users on resilience-specific best practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree with 8+ years (or commensurate experience).
  • •Experience with SharePoint and MS Dynamics development/design.
  • •Ability to attain and maintain a FEMA Public Trust clearance.
  • •Experience redesigning request/approval/notification flows and reducing manual handoffs.
  • •Experience with Power Platform implementations including Power Apps and Power BI.
