Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and maintain the Salesforce product roadmap and release planning for adjacent business applications used by Global TV Distribution.
  • •Act as product manager and subject matter expert for assigned platforms, guiding capabilities, enhancements, and operational needs.
  • •Lead product discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews, process analysis, data review, and documentation of user needs.
  • •Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing roadmap initiatives, production support, technical debt, risk, and user experience improvements.
  • •Coordinate with engineering, vendors, architects, and technical partners to clarify requirements, review solution options, and support delivery and user adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management, business analysis, or technology delivery for enterprise applications.
  • •5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience, including supporting roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and release planning.
  • •Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready work items.
  • •Experience working within SDLC and Agile delivery processes, with knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall and tools such as Jira.
