Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee 2+ clinical development programs in hematology, driving successful execution of clinical studies and defining benefit-risk for products.
  • •Represent Clinical Development on global program and medicine teams, contributing to strategic decisions and interpreting data for rare/orphan disease programs.
  • •Foster development of Medical Directors, Clinical Development Scientists, and/or fellows; lead preparation and execution of clinical development strategy and documents.
  • •Provide scientific and medical input across R&D, commercial, translational, and business development functions, including support for due diligences.
  • •Oversee clinical components of the CDP, coordinate cross-functional planning and communications, and serve as a medical expert for study teams and global product labeling.

Key Requirements

  • •MD (or equivalent) in Hematology.
  • •7+ years of experience in clinical development, clinical research, global regulatory, and product development.
  • •Experience preparing documents and attending regulatory meetings with FDA and other regulatory agencies.
  • •Experience designing and executing multinational clinical trials.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to define clinical strategy and study design.
