Timberland: Floor Supervisor - Irvine Spectrum (Open)

Lead day-to-day floor and stockroom operations to deliver exceptional, personalized customer engagement. Support the store leadership team by coaching and developing associates, maintaining visual merchandising and product replenishment standards, and supervising opening/closing and task delegation. Monitor sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting inventory integrity, loss prevention, and local community engagement in a fast-paced retail environment.
