Job Summary

Submit an Expression of Interest to join WSP’s Gloucester team supporting Gloucestershire County Council’s long-term highways, bridges, and infrastructure delivery. The team is seeking professionals across highway, bridge, and civil infrastructure disciplines, including asset management, bridge inspections, drainage, and TRO/coordinator and NEC project management experience. You’ll collaborate with County Council and UK infrastructure specialists, contribute to major programmes, and connect with WSP’s global technical network, training, and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver highways, bridges, and infrastructure projects that improve local communities and transport networks.
•Work alongside Gloucestershire County Council through the long-term strategic partnership supporting programme delivery.
•Contribute to major highways, bridges, and infrastructure programmes across Gloucestershire.
•Collaborate with leading UK engineering and infrastructure professionals within WSP’s local and global network.

Key Requirements

•Experience in one or more areas such as highway design and delivery, civil infrastructure design, or traffic management/TRO delivery.
•Experience in bridge engineering and asset management, including bridge inspections and assessments.
•Experience in project and programme management, including NEC project management experience.
•Local Authority or consultancy experience supporting public sector clients.
