Quality Assurance Coordinator

Coordinate “First Time Right” quality in the Detail Shop process by inspecting completed work, identifying vehicles that don’t meet standards, and communicating expectations to detail line staff. Support production goals, train team members on standard operating procedures, and perform final detail tasks as needed. Maintain a clean, safe work environment, log inspection information into computer systems, photograph and stage vehicles, and run inventory reports while escalating equipment issues to management.
