Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct semiconductor equipment training needs assessments by collecting information from experts and maintaining sufficient technical knowledge to prepare and present product courses.
  • •Manage multiple training and NPI projects of diverse complexity, coordinating with product groups for course updates and representing the organization at meetings and external activities.
  • •Develop and deliver technical training, including presenting classroom and hands-on learning environments, managing lab activities, and ensuring safety and course objectives are met.
  • •Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for system repairs and ensure equipment functionality supports course objectives, including preventive maintenance and inventory management.
  • •Evaluate training effectiveness for job applications and coach/mentor other instructors while identifying and resolving customer satisfaction issues.

Salary: USD 115,000 - 158,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in engineering, education, or training, plus 4 years of professional semiconductor equipment experience in installation, programming, safety, maintenance, operation, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • •If no bachelor’s degree, 6 years of professional semiconductor equipment experience in installation, programming, safety, maintenance, operation, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • •2 years of formal or informal experience in education, performance-based training, or training/presentation delivery to external customers is desirable and required to attain FKA instructional developer within the first year.
  • •Preferred: nationally recognized certification in “Instructional Design” or 2 years of experience in curriculum development and/or instructional design.
  • •Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, teamwork, interpersonal skills, and Microsoft Office skills.
