Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily artist calendars and logistics, prioritizing competing needs and coordinating scheduling changes with the Manager.
  • •Maintain touring, merchandise, release, and related activity data; identify notable changes or issues and communicate findings.
  • •Facilitate communication across internal management and external partners (including labels) to coordinate priorities, resolve issues, and keep projects moving.
  • •Coordinate release timelines, promotional schedules, and project deliverables by organizing assets, deadlines, and follow-ups with internal and external partners.
  • •Organize and maintain assets, records, trackers, and systems for ongoing projects; take ownership of assigned operational responsibilities and assist leadership with select administrative needs.
