Key Responsibilities

•Be the client’s first impression of Hermès, conveying warmth, courtesy, elegance, and simplicity.
•Provide excellent customer service tailored to each client and maintain a shopping environment consistent with the Hermès brand image.
•Develop sales across all product universes while keeping product quality and service excellence top of mind.
•Call on current and potential customers to establish and maintain client relationships and inform them about new products and services.
•Identify and handle client enquiries and concerns.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of relevant customer-facing experience in luxury retail or another high-end service environment.
•A true passion for people and service.
•A team player attitude to reach a common goal and go the extra mile.
•Fluent Dutch and English; Mandarin is a plus.
•Ability to adapt to different cultures with a strong sense of empathy.
