Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of demonstrated technical knowledge in flora, fauna and ecological communities in Queensland (experience in NSW or NT advantageous).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, or a related field.
  • •Ability to lead project delivery, engage with clients, and mentor a high-performing team across field and office-based work.
  • •Experience in environmental approval processes and impact assessment reporting.
  • •Proficiency with GIS tools such as ESRI ArcGIS Pro advantageous; willingness to undertake fieldwork with a valid Class C driver’s license and 4WD experience.
