Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise assigned customers on properly using load management systems to meet expected value and demand response goals.
  • •Support and serve as lead load management consultant for the largest regional utility customers; provide Voice of Customer to product development.
  • •Advise on best practices for communication network rollout and maintenance, including continuous improvement of RF mesh infrastructure, gateways, relays, and meters.
  • •Analyze network health, implement optimization strategies affecting demand response systems, and coordinate escalations for load management technical problems.
  • •Coordinate regionally deployed projects at the program level and own industry/third-party relationships impacting key customers, including support/engineering/operations alignment to meet SLAs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •5+ years of engineering, product marketing, operations, or product sales in the electrical industry.
  • •Electrical engineering (or similar) with experience in electrical utility equipment and load management practices.
  • •Hands-on experience with utility systems such as grid automation, AMI, and demand response software and/or hardware.
  • •Strong leadership, customer relationship skills, and ability to thrive in a complex utility environment.
