Senior Professional Nurse - Theatre

Support the Unit Manager to deliver safe, high-quality patient care in the theatre/unit by mitigating clinical risks and coordinating care delivery. Manage the client experience, ensure effective staffing supply and utilisation, and build staff competence through continuous assessment and development. Assist with operational expense management, including stock and capital, while providing direct patient care and mentoring new and student nurses.
