Lead and execute BIM tasks for Mechanical Building Services (HVAC, Wet, Process, Fire) in data center projects using Revit and Autodesk tools. Collaborate with the BIM Manager, perform Level 3 QA/QC, manage multiple projects in a hybrid Cape Town office, and uphold modelling standards and project BIM Execution Plan.

Key Responsibilities

•Proficiently execute BIM tasks across Mechanical Building Services disciplines, encompassing HVAC, Wet Services, Process, and Fire.
•Demonstrate expertise in Revit modelling within the aforementioned Mechanical Building Services.
•Ability to conduct self-checks, including clash avoidance with other services.
•Operate in the Autodesk collaboration platforms such as BIM360 or ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud)
•Collaborate with the BIM Manager to develop content and ensure adherence to standards.
•Conduct thorough Level 3 QA/QC checks on discipline models.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5+ years of experience in Mechanical Building services utilizing Revit, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
•At least 3 year of experience in a BIM environment.

•General understanding of integrated architectural and engineering practices.
