Key Responsibilities

  • •Proficiently execute BIM tasks across Mechanical Building Services disciplines, encompassing HVAC, Wet Services, Process, and Fire.
  • •Demonstrate expertise in Revit modelling within the aforementioned Mechanical Building Services.
  • •Ability to conduct self-checks, including clash avoidance with other services.
  • •Operate in the Autodesk collaboration platforms such as BIM360 or ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud)
  • •Collaborate with the BIM Manager to develop content and ensure adherence to standards.
  • •Conduct thorough Level 3 QA/QC checks on discipline models.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5+ years of experience in Mechanical Building services utilizing Revit, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • •At least 3 year of experience in a BIM environment.

  • •Preferred candidates will have a certification or qualification in Mechanical built environment studies.
  • •General understanding of integrated architectural and engineering practices.
