Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead front-end project development by evaluating customer facility needs and conducting facility and project opportunity assessments.
  • •Evaluate mechanical, electrical, and building systems to identify operational risks, deferred maintenance, lifecycle opportunities, and capital improvement needs.
  • •Partner with internal teams and external partners to develop solutions (e.g., HVAC modernization, controls, electrification, sustainability and resilience initiatives) aligned with customer objectives.
  • •Collaborate with designers, contractors, estimators, and operations to ensure solutions are practical and executable, including phasing, constructability, and risk factors.
  • •Serve as the technical specialist during customer presentations and planning sessions; quantify and submit for utility rebates and support smooth transitions through pre-construction and project management.

Key Requirements
