Develop and advance HVAC and building modernization opportunities from qualification through contract execution. Evaluate mechanical, electrical, and building systems to identify risks, deferred maintenance, and capital improvement needs, then partner with technical experts, designers, estimators, and contractors to build compliant, executable solutions. Lead customer presentations and workshops, quantify utility rebates, and create business cases tied to lifecycle cost, ROI, and sustainability goals—supporting successful transitions with pre-construction and project management teams.
