Key Responsibilities

  • •Use caution and support systems to assure safety event-free facilities; observe, respond, and report equipment non-conformities or significant threats.
  • •Respond to emergencies per established procedures and perform security diligence, including control of key cards and maintenance of equipment and information.
  • •Complete manual machining and assist with supervised CNC machine operation as needed; use precision measuring tools and develop understanding of machine functions and setup.
  • •Generate tooling component CAD models and detail drawings using SolidWorks; participate in reverse engineering; maintain and release CAD data for manufacturing.
  • •Maintain shop cleanliness; support general shop maintenance; assist with document sorting/archiving and data entry/reporting for shipments, labor, and efficiencies.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma (required).
  • •Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Engineering, or other related field.
  • •Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • •Ability to work effectively and efficiently with little supervision.
  • •Ability to work with basic Microsoft Office programs and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
