Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the commercial strategy, continuously improve boutique performance, and track store KPIs.
  • •Own boutique buying responsibilities and support the team to propose buying strategy based on performance analysis and market trends.
  • •Lead people management including recruitment strategy, coaching/feedback, touch-base meetings, annual evaluations, and identifying/tracking training needs.
  • •Drive memorable customer experience by enabling clienteling activities, supporting action plans, and fostering a client culture.
  • •Oversee store operations: stock level analysis, health & safety compliance, store care/maintenance, stock accuracy and inventory/cycle counts, accurate transaction processing, and internal audit support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, preferably with an economic and management focus.
  • •Fluency in Italian and English (a third language is an advantage).
  • •Strong management experience, preferably in a luxury goods boutique (international experience is a plus).
  • •Proficiency with Excel and IT tools.
  • •Demonstrated compassionate people management with efficiency and teamwork aligned to Hermès values.
