Key Responsibilities

•Achieve renewal quota and renewal objectives such as on-time renewals and escalated contract renewals.
•Develop and execute Meddpic renewal plans for accounts in conjunction with the Sales and Customer Success team
•Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with the customer to support cross/up-selling opportunities or hand over to Sales Account Managers
•Manage the renewals process from first contact to close for assigned customers
•Maintain accurate data in Salesforce regarding renewal information, renewal status and renewal reports

Key Requirements

•Proficient knowledge and application of renewal processes, policies and pricing.
•Effectively manage multiple accounts and activities while maintaining momentum and customer satisfaction.
•Proven direct sales experience, including building relationships with and selling to the enterprise level (VP Operations, CTO, CIO and other Executives).
•Deep knowledge of the industries, trends, and issues to leverage our domain experts and sales team to meet renewal goals.
•Strong written and verbal communication, tact and problem-solving skills; ability to set and execute strategy for account retention and expansion.
