Job Summary

Lead electrical technical delivery for data centre projects within the Mission Critical Facilities team, driving efficient, reliable, and scalable infrastructure. Manage daily team leadership and performance, support MEP budget planning, and contribute to forecasting and work-winning. Build client relationships across the UK and EMEA, serve as key point of contact, and collaborate with industry stakeholders. Apply deep electrical design expertise to solve complex challenges and integrate emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide day-to-day team management, leadership, and vision, fostering team spirit and co-operation.
•Develop client relationships and build the team’s brand across the UK and EMEA.
•Support MEP budget planning, meet monthly and annual team budgets, and drive performance improvements.
•Work with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives across the team and wider business.
•Oversee team performance, pipeline, finance, and operational management; act as key point of contact for clients.

Key Requirements

•Chartership through CIBSE/IET Engineering Council or be open to working towards it.
•Strong electrical design engineering expertise, including power distribution, power generation, critical backup systems, and power/energy management for data centres.
•Ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex electrical challenges.
•Leadership and team management experience guiding and mentoring electrical engineers and technicians and managing resources.
•Proficiency in project management, including planning, execution, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
