Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support development of distribution automation solutions across Global Atlantic’s annuity platforms.
  • •Serve as a strategic partner to operations teams supporting annuity business lines.
  • •Collaborate with TPAs and external partners to define and implement automation capabilities aligned to industry standards.
  • •Develop and maintain testing strategies, procedures, and documentation across annuity platforms.
  • •Design and execute testing scenarios, review requirements for coverage, and drive resolution of defects and usability issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • •3+ years of experience in the annuity insurance industry in operations, technology, or a related function.
  • •Working knowledge of annuity products and services, including experience with platforms such as AN4, Affirm, FireLight, FIDx, LUMA, and iCapital (preferred).
  • •Experience with annuity industry operational technologies such as DTCC, ACORD, and IRI.
  • •Strong understanding of business and operational workflows for annuity products, with Agile methodologies and excellent communication skills.
