Greet guests warmly, listen for customer needs, provide styling advice and add-ons, and guide purchases through checkout. Drive sales through customer connections and storytelling while maintaining operational excellence (stockroom organization and POS transactions). Maintain strong communication, feedback, and customer-first service in a flexible retail schedule.
