  • •Develop new procedures and best known methods (BKMs) to service new products.
  • •Contribute to the FMECA process and participate in or own first chamber build & test in the Apps lab.
  • •Address issues identified by working with engineering and manufacturing; support new product final test procedures when required.
  • •Partner with Quality & Reliability to review and address Top Field Issues, and participate in or own CAPA.
  • •Develop and document procedures for installing, retrofitting, and maintaining products, including training package development and customer engineering training.
