Key Responsibilities

  • •Support fuel gas, ammonia, water/cooling water, compressed and instrument air, HVAC, and related balance-of-plant process systems.
  • •Read and interpret planning documents including P&IDs, schematics, data sheets/manuals, drawings, blueprints, and engineering sketches.
  • •Adjust, repair, or replace faulty components of process, utility, and plant fluid equipment.
  • •Connect and verify pressure transducers, thermocouples, and other sensors; complete wiring for process and utility systems.
  • •Perform high-pressure liquid and pneumatic testing and troubleshoot/repair high-urgency operational issues during commissioning, start-up, outages, or normal operations.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •3+ years of experience using mechanical and/or electronics hand tools.
  • •3+ years of experience with pipe fitting and fabrication.
  • •Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted.
  • •Must be willing to travel up to 25% and work overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts as needed.
