Own “one-to-many” growth programs to expand TikTok’s emerging vertical content ecosystem in Japan. Design and run scalable hashtag campaigns, manage large budgets, and oversee external agencies and vendors to hit KPI targets for posting participation and growth. Build scalable creator education and community programs with publishers and other partners, and translate participation/posting data into logic-based campaign planning and execution.
