Key Responsibilities

  • •Support GTM by articulating how customers can use OpenShift/OpenStack to achieve operational efficiency, developer productivity, and business continuity.
  • •Work with customer Account Executives, Sales Specialists, and Solution Architects to identify adoption challenges and blockers for OpenShift/OpenStack in new and existing accounts.
  • •Plan, design, and execute tailored end-to-end solutions, using architecture walkthroughs, business-value conversations, and technical workshops to drive design and implementation.
  • •Facilitate pre- and post-sales technical activities including deep dives, proofs of concept, bake-offs, roadmap testing, virtualization roadshows, and application portfolio reviews.
  • •Partner across sales engineering, sales, customer success, consulting services, and partners to create repeatable/scalable go-to-market offerings and execute customer advocacy/community outreach.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience with containers and virtualization infrastructure, including VMware vSphere, Xen, or KVM, plus Docker, and delivering technical presentations to live audiences.
  • •Advanced expertise architecting and configuring OpenShift CNI for OVN-Kubernetes and integrating Multus CNI for multi-homed pod and VM environments.
  • •Proven experience designing and implementing networking for virtualized workloads in OpenShift, including Network Attachment Definitions (NADs) and Layer 2/Layer 3 traffic segregation.
  • •Strong experience with declarative node networking using the NMstate operator, including Linux bridges, VLAN tagging, network bonding (LACP), and MTU optimization on bare-metal OpenShift nodes.
  • •Advanced proficiency configuring and scaling OpenShift Ingress Controllers and bare-metal ingress providers such as MetalLB, F5, or Citrix, with knowledge of authentication and RBAC integration.
