Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive product from the press and stack/place it on pallets; set up pallets and print pallet labels with Pecas.
  • •Ensure correct loading and high-quality, accurate, error-free completed jobs; review for quality and accuracy and notify operators of problems.
  • •Assist with downtime tasks (webbing, press support) and perform press area cleanup and solvent/varnish tank support.
  • •Support make-ready activities (purging stacker/tables, changing impression rollers, print unit cassette changes, cylinder/pump/ink/solvent changes) per procedures.
  • •If applicable, operate forklift for safe material handling: move loads, maintain inspections/paperwork, spot-check labels/codes, manage waste/recycling materials, and report incidents.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or GED) with 1–3 years of related production experience and/or training, or equivalent education/experience.
  • •Very good mechanical and physical ability, including the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • •Forklift operators must have and maintain safety training for operation of company lift equipment.
  • •Must be able to rotate shifts and work more than 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week when needed.
  • •Demonstrate OHSE obligations and follow PPE and hazardous materials/waste handling procedures.
