Lead monitoring and analysis of total manufacturing costs for the site, including direct labor, materials, overhead, and production expenses. Develop cost reports and forecasts, identify cost-saving opportunities, and collaborate with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Production to optimize cost performance. Track KPIs, support budgeting and strategic planning, and drive cost-variance analysis and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and analyze total manufacturing costs, including direct labor, materials, overhead, and production expenses.
•Prepare and maintain manufacturing cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
•Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
•Partner with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Production teams to understand cost drivers and improve cost performance.
•Track manufacturing KPIs such as labor efficiency, material utilization, scrap, rework, and productivity.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
