Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide first-level support for the TruckLog warehouse management system for Spain and Portugal.
  • •Manage resolution and follow-up of functional and operational incidents from daily warehouse system use by the warehouse service provider.
  • •Monitor logistics operations performance, including goods receipts and dispatches, as well as inventory quality.
  • •Coordinate and oversee activities of the external logistics provider (3PL) to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
  • •Support Headquarters implementation of new developments, processes, and functionalities; contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Experience in the automotive industry, plus logistics management, operations, and warehouse process experience.
  • •Knowledge of SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA, especially logistics and warehouse management modules.
  • •Advanced Microsoft 365 knowledge; Power BI and AI tools knowledge is valued.
  • •C1 Spanish and English (native Spanish and English at C1); Portuguese and/or German valued.
