Key Responsibilities

•Supervise daily warehouse activities across multiple warehouse locations, including issuing/receiving/returning materials, inventory stocking and replenishment, cycle counting, inventory accuracy, obsolete material removal, and inventory system transactions.
•Oversee inventory operations supporting generation facilities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant management of materials and equipment for maintenance, operations, and capital projects.
•Lead teams responsible for capital equipment lifecycle management, asset record creation/maintenance, asset disposition tracking, and tool/material refurbishment.
•Manage logistics and inventory demand planning and stocking strategies, partnering with departments to ensure efficient material flow and customer service.
•Administer inventory control administrative functions including budgeting, hiring and performance management, reviewing time sheets and high-threshold inventory transactions, managing vendor/contract relationships, and maintaining inventory training certifications.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Five or more years of experience in warehousing, supply chain, purchasing, or administrative operations.
•Experience leading warehouse operations in an industrial, utility, manufacturing, or generation environment.
•Advanced knowledge of inventory management practices, processes, and warehouse management systems.
•Intermediate knowledge of purchasing processes, contract administration, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, and inventory management systems.
