Key Requirements

  • •Ability to read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and engineering documentation
  • •Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments (calipers, torque wrenches, gauges)
  • •Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform sustained hands-on physical work throughout a shift
