Job Summary

Lead a Vendôme logistics platform within the Industrial Center, overseeing stock and flow management, inbound receivals, IQAM controls, and storage of parts and sub-assemblies. Manage teams and external subcontractors, ensure data quality and compliance with contractual requirements, and optimize customs, transport, and delivery processes for cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead dedicated teams and resources for Storage activities, ensuring proper skills and organization.
•Guarantee the quality of materials and data across the platform.
•Supervise inbound receptions within scope, both physically and in the ERP system.
•Oversee IQAM controls and manage supplier disputes (non-conforming parts, missing documents).
•Manage storage of parts/components/sub-assemblies and oversee distribution, including pre-delivery transport and customer shipments in line with contractual requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in industry/logistics (Bac+5) with first experience in team management and subcontractor supervision
•Strong knowledge of stock management and flow control methodologies
•Proven Lean Management fundamentals (5S, problem solving, VSM, PDC, field rounds)
•Excellent organizational skills, proactivity and rigor with strong interpersonal abilities and adaptability
