Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Follow asset protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance.
  • •Collaborate with store management to improve personal KPIs through sales-driven techniques.
  • •Support daily retail operations including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, and loyalty program promotion.
  • •Assist with in-store operations across departments such as consumer service, product knowledge/placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.

Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 years or older.
  • •Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
  • •Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email, and ability to operate a retail POS system.
  • •Ability to work a rotational shift basis including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
