Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and scale Outbound and Inbound BDRs across multiple EMEA regions (including DACH, UK&I, France, Spain, Benelux, and META).
  • •Onboard, develop, and retain high-performing BDR talent, fostering accountability and collaboration.
  • •Drive pipeline growth by partnering with regional Sales and Marketing leaders and ensuring execution of inbound and outbound programs.
  • •Own key BDR KPIs, maintain a disciplined metrics-driven operating rhythm, and analyze performance to drive improvements.

  • •Analytical, metrics-driven mindset with experience driving performance through data.
  • •Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise IT sales cycles.
  • •Proficiency with Salesforce.com and modern sales technology platforms.
