Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary interface for Site Functional Stakeholders in the Chemical Management Process.
  • •Own HazTrax subject-matter expertise and manage the HazTrax interface with warehouse, functional, program, and production teams.
  • •Conduct regular production and warehouse area chemical inventory audits and coordinate Enterprise HazTrax materials, issues, and changes.
  • •Coordinate with Production Area Chemical Champions and advise Site Leadership on chemical management process improvements.
  • •Work with supplier management and EHS on chemical delivery timeliness and applicable HaZcom/OSHA guidelines, and develop chemical usage and risk reports for site leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience with supply chain forecasting.
  • •4+ years of experience interpreting Bill of materials (BOM).
  • •4+ years of experience with an industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or equivalent such as SAP.
  • •2+ years of experience handling chemicals and/or hazardous materials.
  • •Ability to work with HazTrax systems and associated ordering/inventory processes.
