Job Summary

Provide onsite injury prevention and musculoskeletal health services for employees at an industrial client location in Lima, Ohio. You’ll assess musculoskeletal concerns and functional movement issues, deliver education on body mechanics and safe movement, and lead mobility and warm-up programs. Partner with employees, safety and occupational health teams, and site leadership to support workplace health initiatives, monitor progress, maintain required documentation, and help identify injury-risk trends for prevention.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide onsite injury prevention and musculoskeletal health services within the scope of practice.
•Engage employees proactively, assess musculoskeletal complaints, and deliver recommendations and education within established protocols.
•Provide early intervention strategies to reduce the risk of progression to more significant musculoskeletal concerns.
•Conduct job-specific movement observations and identify opportunities to improve ergonomics, positioning, and work practices.
•Collaborate with employees, safety and occupational health resources, and site leadership; document interactions and services and follow up to monitor progress.

Key Requirements

•Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
•Current and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the State of Ohio, or eligibility to obtain appropriate Ohio licensure prior to providing services.
•Current CPR/AED certification preferred.
•Experience in occupational health, industrial rehabilitation, ergonomics, sports medicine, outpatient orthopedics, or musculoskeletal injury prevention preferred.
•Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal assessment, functional movement, body mechanics, and injury prevention; can recognize when referral or escalation is needed.
