Key Responsibilities

  • •Responsible for the Cadence Quantus extraction product and 3DIC flow integration with RC extraction.
  • •Work with foundries to capture and develop requirement specifications for Quantus R&D tool enhancements.
  • •Work with R&D to qualify Quantus.
  • •Get Quantus certified by the foundry and released to mutual customers.

Key Requirements

  • •MS in EE or CE major is preferred.
  • •Experience in RC extraction, LVS, EMIR, simulation, or related applications; familiar with Cadence tools such as Quantus, Pegasus, Tempus, Voltus/Voltus-Fi, and Virtuoso.
  • •Experience in electromagnetic field solver for RC extraction is a plus.
  • •Experience with circuit design, LVS, RC extraction, simulation, foundry process technology, and device element structure.
  • •Proficiency with Perl/Tcl (or other scripting languages) on a Linux platform for automation is required.
