MAINTENANCE MECHANIC I

Perform basic preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, tools, and buildings, and assist the Maintenance Department with machine and building repairs. Work on woodworking machinery, infeed/outfeed systems, hand tools, and forklifts using diagrams, manuals, and manufacturer specifications. Order parts and supplies, maintain repair/maintenance records, follow established safety procedures, and participate in safety and continuous improvement programs.
