Accounts Payable Clerk

Process vendor and corporate invoices end-to-end, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, tax treatment, and accurate General Ledger coding. Match invoices to purchase orders and payable documentation, prioritize payments based on terms/cash discounts, and enter vouchers into the Adage A/P system. Maintain vendor files and payment records, resolve open credits and payment application errors with vendors, and support month-end activities including journal entry re-classifications and balance sheet reconciliations.
