  • •Inspire and direct a diverse, remote-friendly Sol Con organization, fostering psychological safety, accountability, and a growth mindset.
  • •Build and develop the next generation of Sol Con leaders through mentorship, coaching frameworks, and defined career progression pathways.
  • •Integrate Agentic AI, Generative AI, and automated solution tools into day-to-day Sol Con practice and scale adoption of Salesforce AI tools.
  • •Establish and enforce “Gold Standard” Sol Con delivery quality and improve portfolio health (utilization, CSAT, escalations, and quality metrics).
  • •Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Product, and Global Delivery leaders to align capabilities with client needs and the Salesforce platform roadmap; serve as executive escalation point for at-risk deals and programs.
