Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in the product development process from early development through commercialization, including multiple sampling types, and support timely delivery.
  • •Support special techniques (e.g., printing, laser, emboss) and special product executions.
  • •Coordinate leather/material/components/hardware follow-ups with cross-functional teams and factories; work with engineering to enforce quality standards on samples.
  • •Build connectivity across teams (strategy costing, LM/MM/HW, production) and ensure correct materials/components meet quality standards.
  • •Lead handover meetings, update necessary reports in EC-Vision to deadlines, review transfer development allocations, and visit sampling partners to confirm sample execution.

Key Requirements

  • •1 or 2 years of experience in product development for handbags, wallets, or accessories (branded experience preferred) or be a top talent fresh graduate.
  • •Ability to follow up design requirements independently and effectively.
  • •Strong communication, negotiation, cooperation, and problem-solving with attention to details.
  • •Good knowledge of handbag/fashion accessories making process and familiarity with fabrics and leather.
