Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the internal Motion Graphics & Editorial team, producing short-form video content at velocity for marketing and PR needs.
  • •Build and evolve team infrastructure, workflows, pipelines, and asset systems to support rapid response and scalable production.
  • •Evolve and lead the broader motion and editorial function beyond the initial team buildout.
  • •Apply fast-turn motion and animation workflows and tools in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • •Use AI fluency to automate and optimize motion/animation workflows and tasks for efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 118,300 - 259,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in traditional motion graphics and animation work (agencies, post-houses, and/or brands).
  • •Expert-level understanding of motion tools and workflows, including Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, plus Adobe Creative Cloud and other industry-standard motion/editorial/design/3D tools.
  • •Proficiency in frame.io and DAM/MAM and archiving systems.
  • •Experience with AI and automation tools in post, motion, animation, and social contexts.
  • •Strong people management plus ability to build and manage templates, asset libraries, systems, and processes for shortform and multi-channel work.
