Key Responsibilities

•Lead the daily management, optimization, and troubleshooting of core retail systems including UKG Kronos Dimensions, SharePoint, and POS platforms to ensure seamless store operations and drive continuous improvement.
•Develop, maintain, and update training materials and tools to enable consistent adoption and alignment with operational best practices across all retail locations.
•Develop and maintain a standardized Field Communication process between corporate and field organization to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
•Strategically plan and manage retail supplies to meet store needs and budget, including operational supplies, shopping bags, and marketing/replenishment items.
•Manage DTC Store Operations policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with local laws and business objectives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 67,700 - 91,900 annually
