Job Summary

Lead CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) construction coordination for data centre projects by partnering with the client, supporting decision-making, and providing oversight across the project team. Monitor contractors against the master schedule, conduct site inspections and quality checks, and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety, and regulatory requirements. Manage RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, risk/issue logs, and produce daily, weekly, and monthly progress reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain client relationships to align on development goals and strategic direction.
•Serve as a key point of contact for client communications and decision-making support.
•Provide leadership and oversight across functional areas, setting expectations and monitoring team performance.
•Conduct site inspections and quality checks for CSA works while ensuring compliance with design, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management.

•Experience with quality assurance and safety protocols.
•English proficiency with Indonesian required.
