Job Summary

Build and operate a high-availability, scalable fintech platform by partnering with multiple development teams to improve deployment speed and reliability. Design and roll out new services and infrastructure, implement observability with monitoring/logging/alerting, and automate away manual toil. Participate in an on-call rotation to troubleshoot critical incidents, while staying current with cloud-native platform engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with development teams to enhance deployment speed, system scalability, and application reliability.
•Ensure high availability, performance, and resilience across the production platform.
•Contribute to the design, architecture, and rollout of new services and infrastructure systems.
•Develop and maintain observability through application monitoring, logging, and alerting.
•Participate in an on-call rotation to troubleshoot and resolve critical platform incidents.

Key Requirements

•Deep expertise using Terraform to manage complex Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
•Strong hands-on experience designing and managing AWS environments.
•Proven experience building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
•Solid systems administration and troubleshooting skills in Linux environments.
•Strong scripting/programming skills in Python to drive automation, tooling, and system integration.
