Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end RPR dashboard lifecycle, including data ingestion, Python transformation, Tableau visualization, QC, and publishing.
  • •Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards (roll-ups, metric views, executive summaries) and manage monthly refresh cycles.
  • •Build and enhance Python-based data pipelines for transformation, mapping, and aggregation to improve scalability and reduce manual work.
  • •Ensure data accuracy across layers; lead QC, validation, and defect resolution, and follow publishing/governance processes.
  • •Interpret RPR metrics across Operational and Compliance pillars and translate results into executive-level risk narratives and insights, partnering with SMEs and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in data analytics, automation and dashboard storytelling and/or operational risk management, including operational risk lifecycle understanding.
  • •Project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • •Advanced skills in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep, plus advanced Microsoft Excel.
