Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and supervise preventive/corrective maintenance for plant I & C equipment, including outages and overhauls.
  • •Assign maintenance jobs, supervise/co-ordinate maintenance staff, and maintain records, reports, and correspondence.
  • •Execute work orders through CMMS (SAP) and coordinate with planning engineers for job completion and technical matters.
  • •Support procurement activities by evaluating quotations and preparing purchase requisitions for spare parts/consumables within budget constraints.
  • •Ensure IMS objectives and HSE/legal compliance, perform hazard identification and risk assessments, and drive root-cause corrective/preventive actions including reporting emergencies/incidents.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in I & C Engineering (four-year college/university).
  • •Minimum 6–10 years related experience and training (or equivalent).
  • •Awareness of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environment Management System principles.
  • •Knowledge of applicable legal requirements and ability to conduct hazard risk and aspect-impact assessments.
  • •Ability to lead a maintenance group and manage HSE emergencies; excellent English communication; computer literate (MS Outlook) and able to use SAP as an end user.
