Key Responsibilities

  • •Move and secure lumber products and other materials according to instructions.
  • •Stack finished products into predetermined bundle sizes and/or customer requirements.
  • •Label materials by type, size, and count; apply individual tags before/after treating/production.
  • •Use a staple gun and troubleshoot equipment; band and bundle materials, including attaching corner protectors and loading sticks.
  • •Maintain accurate tag inventory, record production on production sheets, keep the work area clean, and report discrepancies to a supervisor.
