Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers as their day-to-day contact via phone, email, ZenDesk tickets, and in-person meetings.
  • •Promote adoption of Compass technology and adjacent services through 1:1 support, strategic recommendations, presentations, and group training.
  • •Provide marketing support by answering questions, creating collateral from templates (e.g., listing presentations and postcards), and liaising to Marketing Advisors for more complex requests.
  • •Partner with the Onboarding team on strategy and logistics for welcoming new customers, supporting their first weeks and months at Compass.
  • •Support ongoing projects (new office openings, national initiatives, expansion/M&A) and collaborate across teams to champion agent questions and feedback; mentor coordinators and manage escalations.

Key Requirements

  • •2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations.
  • •Passion for supporting and serving agents trying to grow their businesses.
  • •Experience in real estate is a plus.
  • •Experience with live or remote training is a plus.
  • •Experience with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus.
