Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, mentor, and lead crews performing sewer, water, storm drain, and underground utility installations.
  • •Plan and coordinate daily work activities to meet schedule and production goals.
  • •Oversee excavation, trenching, shoring, dewatering, and backfill operations in compliance with OSHA and project specifications.
  • •Install and inspect pipe and related systems, including manholes, inlets, hydrants, valves, and services.
  • •Conduct daily safety activities (JHAs, toolbox talks, safety meetings) and maintain daily reports, time tracking, and installation records.

Key Requirements
